Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, a piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and documentation included.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for a different size or finish, please start a return for the original item and place a new order — this ensures the fastest turnaround.

Non-Returnable Items

Pieces showing signs of wear, or returned without original packaging, are not eligible for refund.
